Opting out of receiving SMS alerts will render you unable to view any quotes that you have received. In addition, WhatsApp will be used to request your assistance in rating our service as well as the services provided by third parties.
- Email: Emails may be sent on occasion, when communication with via SMS or WhatsApp does not allow us to render the service as intended or to resolve complaints.
- Phone calls: Phone calls may be utlised to address complaints as well as to better understand the experience of users in utilising the service.
